First Full Day

Well... I will tell you, this group is ready and willing to do anything. After breakfast, we journeyed to the river and took the boat to Wat Pho. Joe found a tour guide that explained the Wat, the culture and the king. We were all really impressed with the size of the Buddha. While we get there early, we were not alone. Rather than get a massage at the Wat, we went down the street to a place the guide knew and sat in a row to get a massage.. while the pic is sideways and I can not reload it today.. you see my travel buds lined up in a row with our lets and feet being tended to. Both Cheryl and JoAnn had to put on Thai pants since they had on skirts. This could be a contest.. who's legs are where and belonging to whom. It was a very hot day and for lunch after the massage we found a cool place that served some hot foot to Page and Joe. It was fun to watch their faces light up as they started to eat. Cheryl has a nose or eye for some delicious desert.. so we had to indulge and what is lunch without a beer. We then went on to the Palace which even as the third visit for me, was overwhelming. We closed the place at 3:30 but not before a quick look at the gift shop. We have really not done any shopping but two of the folks have sun hats and there has been some long looks at a few things. We boated back and for the first time in my experience, the man that jumps off the boat to hold it to the docks did not make it back on the boat and left the line hanging.. it was real confusing with the long boat -tour boat and ferry boat and the river boat all trying to go and come from the same dock. I have stopped at the Internet but need to go soon for a short nap and then dinner... and of course a chang. I am sure I will be more awake tomorrow.. we got to bet at 5:15 and got up at 7...ugh

Eleventh Day

Wow, it is easy to slip into a similar pattern to what I had at home. I produced a plan to change many things - delete more emails, eat hea...
