Iazy day

Folks at the Grand Canyon hardly are roughing it this is the store at the top of the Mather Center. Good veggie stuff and holistic products much like Abundance and they did have a hydration section that had pretty good prices...but I think I can stay up late enough with just one beer and a book.

This is me this am... making my coffee - cereal with bananas and toasted banana bread with peanut butter. I had a table clothe and sat on my plastic cutting board that I bought at Ikea. I think only Fred and Monika will think this is great and the others will think...not for me. I had forgotten how much camping was in me and this is working out very well. I am staying organized...and can tell you where everything is in the car.

I have sat a long time this am...there is some sun now and spoke with some very nice gentle people from NScotia. I am just going to load the pictures and tell you that one is the cat of the two photo people I was with yesterday. The name could not keep his hand by his side and when gesturing to his wife would have his arm flapping in the canyon space that we were trying to photograph. I thought the cat had a real attitude of importance and privilege and want to capture it as part of my journey. And off to see the South rim by bus.

Eleventh Day

Wow, it is easy to slip into a similar pattern to what I had at home. I produced a plan to change many things - delete more emails, eat hea...
