found myself

I think not getting settled in has been jarring to me.  The lag has been a little inconvenient..but like the heart tomtom's I just wake up and say...too early and count myself back to sleep.  Today.. a few seconds and bathroom (trouble with two large chung before bed)..so let me do some catch up and being you up to date.

I was pretty sure I knew how far the walk to the good Dr would be but I left in much more time than I needed. My plan was to get a scooter after acupuncture...but as I walked
by Mr. Mechanic...my knee said...now in the time...   so now it was.  (by the way...I just sent my phone pic to my laptop and now you can see....).  The bike stalled out several times and the breaks were squishy and the right mirror would not stay put....so after acu...I swapped it for one that would at least stop better and the mirror would hold.  I was amazed as I got on...it was like falling off a log (maybe a bad thought)  stay left was the tune in my head..but I follow the traffic flow...will go out of my way rather than jump lanes etc.   Only heard one honk as a man was backing out in front of us... big car...big ego..but little bikes so ... they have the taken right away... a young Thai woman.  One very big change in CM.... there are many Chinese.  Phat said they are everywhere and don't know to be quiet when having a treatment.  I will not add to that...  Henry said there is a morning cheap flight so they arrive daily...
So back to the day... I scooted off to find some breakfast..wonderful juice (pineapple/mango/ginger) , coffee, two eggs and multi grain bread...  mmmm. It was about
1.35.  It is just down from acu so I am sure I will have more juice. They had vegan everything so this will be good for the vegan friend.  Dr said the big thing with my heart is to not to sprint.... start and build gradually...so the heart is not shocked into the adjustment..and rest if I feel tired.  I should be fine... the last thing I want is rat poison..the suggested western blood thinner.  As always...the treatment was good...she used a heat lamp...  I spent a little time with Junior...(this is Junior's House) who told me about an umbrella festival in a nearby town this weekend..so I will go there.  Parade..decorated umbrellas... fun...  the flower show is on..so I might go  back since I am without a cold this year.
Ah...is all I can say...seeing my momma...Dr J...and then having my favorite lunch...Jok with egg and ginger tea....mmmmm  I inhaled it..I was warm and just filled my body with the flavors of the cut veggie and ginger...  I was a smiling person... and someplace in the spoonfuls ..I was home.  I had planned a two hour massage so I left my camera at Junior's...MISTAKE. When I got to the Wat near Lila Thai Massage...there was some kind of a festival with old instruments and dancing... I was amazed at the sound they could get out of the simple instruments    So rule #1...never leave without the camera.   Joe's sliding strap puts the camera on my lap... and I feel that if it is damaged...I am more damaged.
Phat was at the door to greet me and we had a good welcome hug.  I opted for the 2 hr special... foot massage, Thai massage, hand massage, and hot herbs. - there is pain on the inside of both legs and knee... boy for such a little person..she is strong. ...and the herb was HOT...but good...she let me work on my lets ... She gave me the shop number and said I should call and ask for her.   After I know my schedule I will book again.  This was 500bt so less than $20  I told her I want her to give Kim a treatment upon her arrival so I will arrange that.  Phat told me she was out of work for two months with lung issues...  I thing bronchitis...but who knows.   As always... these treatments are somewhat painful for my legs...but the result is amazing.  Between the acu and massage...I am feeling very good.  Per doc orders...took an afternoon break and scanned my body for what I needed....
Dinner with Henry and Hannah  was nice.  The manager at the peppermill has left..a falling out with the owner... but he is making french food near the gate so I will check it out. On my way to acu tomorrow.  I am thinking I will do the teeth after Kim goes back... also H&H are leaving the end of Feb... We will see today.  I have already double booked my acu and my QiKong... what a busy life i have...
So ...breakfast... time in meditation... dentist at 1:30-3:00...not sure about tonight..   Tomorrow..acu...umbrella..night market.  Sat I will get up for the monks...donut man and  visit the Angel shop...and try to find JoAnn's bird...
Thank you for the blog patience...I will be back on track now and have funny stories and pictures....

I could actually taste the juice in your picture - what gorgeous colors!!! Once again, here in Western New York, comes the time of the year when color alludes us. Gray skies, brown grass, mud....and it all affects the mood and outlook (despite the best of intentions not to let it get to me). Seeing vivid colors like the ones in your photos is such a lift, and makes me glad we'll be heading south in March. Take it easy, Miss Busy Life, and enjoy!!!!!

Glad you're "taking it easy" !! (do you EVER run out of gas ???). I'm going to look forward to seeing more photos from you this year.

Take care of yourself, sweetie !

Eleventh Day

Wow, it is easy to slip into a similar pattern to what I had at home. I produced a plan to change many things - delete more emails, eat hea...
