back in US

I ...am sure that one of the highlights of the journey will be my visit to the Victoria area of Vancouver Island.  I refer to my Thailand friends as H&H. Two years ago i ran into this couple who usually ate at the Peppermint on the little soi that we all lived on in Chaingmai. I found out that they were just a little older than I, were originally from Holland and now lived in the Vancouver area.
The next year I learned that Henry biked to the zoo daily and Hanna (actually Jo Hanna) expressed herself in painting.  So when I decided to go to the Vancouver area I told them I was coming and they extended an invitation to their home. It is the perfect visit for me. Henry and I got to shot some pictures, spend time in the work shop, Hanna and I got to talk art and personal growth. We shared more of our life stories. We will meet up again in Thailand but I would have liked to have taken them along in my pocket. These  are a few pictures of the Victoria experience.  There is not enough room for my memories. When I left Medicine Hat, Mark said don't forget Medical Hat.... well I will not forget Metchosin.
