Canbodia
Page and I are alive. That might not mean much to you... but to us it is very remarkable. We got into a cart pulled by a motorcycle and a driver that did not know where he was going over very bumpy dirt roads, that sometimes were not there. We do not know where Joe and JoAnn are they maybe riding around in circles as we thought we would be. Today was remarkable and long and it is hot and we are tired. The Internet at the hotel is broken, but for those that were here before... same same and not different. Also there is a virus so we will not try with pictures until Joe has transferred them all. The stairs to climb to the top.. 37 stairs was closed for renovation. I had promised to humiliate myself and climb even one hand and foot at a time.. but alas.. I did not have to do so. I am not sure what was the favorite of anyone, one is more beautiful than the last. As we learn more about the US involvement in the war here.. we wonder why they are not out with stick on us but are happy to sell us their wares. JoAnn is the "mark" for the trip in that she can not say no. It will be interesting to see what she brings home.. a cat.. a dog.. a child.. lots of origami somethings.. but then I bought some sticky rice. If you are cold.. we are cooking but the chairs are not moving and we will live. more tomorrow... I have 350 pictures.. to get on the blog.
