no dentist

Mid afternoon dental apt leaves you with a small time in the morning and then a sore mouth afternoon..it is good for food consumption since you miss lunch. Today I will get lunch but had a soft dinner..and probably without my front tooth..:(. It is a good thing that it matters only a little. So yesterday, I decided to hike to the yoga place to talk with them... I went up and down soi after soi...and back streets etc. only to find I got there at lunch time. Today I will walk the internet since I have a body mind healing site. But this is the walk way...through small soi's, and sidewalk markets and old Wat's... and finally I see the ying/yang...found it again and the lunch sign....

I continue to walk much of the day but unfortunately it is from here to clinic and clinic to there. I have a 4:30 apt today. So I will spend some time at the park near the clossover to the new city. The walk way is covered which makes it nice in the hot sun. I had two conflicts with the language yesterday.. I could not tell what was in a danish...and it turned out to be spinish..not my first choice and then I tried to order a cheese and tomato sandwich which I thought I could handle with my numb mouth.. but she bought beans on toast... now that is not to be my favoriate..when I said.. no I ordered cheese and tomato she understood the tomato and brought me beans on tomato toast.. I ate half. They could see the error and only wanted to chanrge me for the mango yogart but I split the difference.

Trying to make friends with the dogs......let sleeping sleep....

Last night after my mouth was able to feel..I went to a upscale restaruant that Monika and I ate at that is near by..it has swings you sit in to eat. I sat at the edge drinking bar and read the paper but had a good conversation with a young dutch man about our values... he said they are much more pay as you go rather than charge or buy what you can't afford... sounds like a plan. The food was great and the 2^nd Chang was even better...I have been having very strange dreams or .. one about Julia Roberts and one about Rob Goodling...even here there is sand in my shoe. Lol

My work today is about emotions as control of the mind..I surely see the connection to body..I get hungry..I get impatient... so feed the beast..  We lost electric this AM so blogging later..and the dentist office called and Dr is in the hospital...so next apt next week... Also met a woman here from PA who works for the embassy in  Gr.. and we will have dinner.
