pain in the legs

End of another long day...2 hrs in the chair... many xrays..and no needle..Now is wind down time...Cion Dion is singing on the teli ..Today I had the best thai massage...mmm I hope that I can sleep tonight without my legs hurting me. If not, it will be off to the pharmacy to see what I can do...I tried to help this along with some peanuts, two large chungs and some great food...But back to the day. I ate a new place today ..actually twice. They have a little bakery and are “organic”..sorta like me...when I can I eat organic and when I can't..I try to eat fresh. I am sure the dental will go on to next week since I havfe an apt today and tomorrow (1 & 4:30) for 2 hrs each to put in the posts for the crowns. They both will be with a tooth connected. Then we will see what will be. Today, I think I wil go talk to the “out to lunch” guy about starting and what to do when I can't go to class re make up. Georgiana sent me the papers used in her class and I have a tape..so I am sure I will understand it. So for some pictures.

This is not a big flower season or I have not seen many orchads in the city. At this time, I pretty much know every soi in the Old City but I have not found the thai pants that I want.. So today I tried to look for flowers that are blooming along the way. I also found that I am dog shy. When I was young, my mother who was afraid of dogs would always tell me not to run up to a dog...I never listened and often would bring home a dog I thought needed a home..somer were very big.

I also continue to see patterns and wanted to fuss with the ampature setting..so this is some of the things I saw. I am very interested in the simple way of work and how hard everyone works to do their best. They are careful and work with great concentration. The bamboo scafling is climbed quickly but they can stand at a spot for a long time to do masonry.

Finally, this is the land of smiles and Chiangmai the home of meditation. There is said to be 300
Wats in the larger city... that is a lot of Wats..and many to tend to. The wonderful blue sky makes a nice background. I also noted that they must have really beat the drum to make a hole. Elephants and chickens are everywhere.

My practice has taken a study time rather than sit time. Although in between drilling and x-rays I do breathwork and try to focus on my breath. I almost fell asleep this is not impossible since they have your mouth open for you. If I can't get my legs to function well then a week of meditation practice at the forest Wat will be difficault and I probably will opt for a boat ride to Laos. I will not bus and hike to the plane ..very long trip to be alone....but I have no plans except shower, blog, mail, breakfast, walk to Body & Mind Healing School, sit in the park and read my meditation book and get a post.... I might go to the night market today..but might not.

Eleventh Day

Wow, it is easy to slip into a similar pattern to what I had at home. I produced a plan to change many things - delete more emails, eat hea...
